Copenhagen Trash
Walking through Kongens Have on the weekend, and seeing the litter. So sad.
The sheer amount of trash accumulated is probably due to the JazzFestival performance the night before, and the workers were out cleaning – but still, it’s hard not to think the weekends usually look much like this, maybe not exactly like this in Kongens Have- but certainly around Nørrebro. Drunkies can never seem to find a trash bin.
But it’s not just the drunkies. I see regular sober folks – in the middle of the week, in the middle of the day – dump trash all the time, even a meter away from a trash bin. The gaul.
