I just saw John McCain giving a rally cry in Colorado – via BBC – and have to say, I felt a little ill hearing him shout FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT! Sounds like the bully threatened of being pushed off the hill, clinging in desperation, resorting to violence.

Mix that “Fight Fight Fight” attitude with his “Country First” slogan, and what do you have? A USA hell bent on self interest and holding onto its seat as the biggest baddest businessman on the block. Business as usual.

Do we need that? Do you?

I’ve given Kevin a hard time over the years, simply because he hails from the USA. It’s unfair, but fun – and it’s just so easy to make fun of his connection to the country.

But now I’ve had it. I want to leave Kevin alone, and for once say, “You know what? That President of yours is really something. He’s really doing some good things, eh? Surprising; but the USA has really turned a corner.”

I don’t want to have such an easy time of mocking my buddy. Give him a break, and make the smart vote- Vote Obama- TODAY! NOW!

I don’t want to wake up in the morning, and see nothing has changed.
