<p>I ran across <a href="http://www.made-in-england.org">Cookie</a> a while back, and was immediately impressed with his humour, texture and sense of adventure &#8211; both in his work and play. He&#8217;s done some impressive hikes; such as <a href="http://www.made-in-england.org/videos/cdt/">the Continental Divide</a> and now he&#8217;s onto the <a href="<a href="http://www.made-in-england.org/swiss-alps-here-we-come/">Swiss Alps</a>. <p>As Christopher says it, himself;</p>
<blockquote><p>The Mountain Label is the design studio of Christopher Bettig, a French / American artist living and working in Los Angeles who focuses on appreciating geometry and natural forms in his works, be it art exhibitions or corporate work. Chris is a graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art with a BFA degree in painting, but finds himself spending a lot of time developing products, graphics and installations for diverse clientele.</p></blockquote>

<p>Drove me nuts when he hung out, drove me more nuts when he worked there. But he always had talent and skills with pens and paper, and knowing music. He&#8217;s like a music guru. Wonder what will be super cool next year? &#8211; ask him, I bet he knows. </p>

<p>As I started writing this post, and looking through Adrian Johnson&#8217;s site, I realized I had already blogged about his work on the <a href="http://lukemagee.com/blog/2008/06/16/monday-movie-raise-them-on-robinsons-ads/">&#8220;Raise Them On Robinson&#8217;s&#8221; animated ads</a>, although I had failed then to name him as the artist. </p>
<p>Seems to me, that back then, I couldn&#8217;t find out more about who had worked on them other than the ad agency. Isn&#8217;t that often the case?</p>
<p>What had sent me to Adrian&#8217;s site this time, was his work in Monocle. Again; I had already blogged about him without realizing it, in a post about <a href="http://lukemagee.com/blog/2008/08/26/monocle-design-directory/">Monocle</a>. What the hell is wrong with me?</p>
<p>I finally made it to the man himself, and what a treasure his site is.<br />
I might considering dropping white, and adopting eggshell. Sure looks nice.</p>
